• Our shipping charges are automatically calculated at check-out depending on the destination, weight and dimensions of your order.
• For UK orders we primarily use Royal Mail or My Hermes for standard shipping. For larger items and furniture we use different carriers depending on the item and destination. All orders are sent signed for and will require a signature upon delivery. 
• We deliver to the UK, Europe and selected countries worldwide. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please see our destination guide below.
• IMPORTANT: As the UK has now left the EU, deliveries to Europe may now be subject to additional customs, VAT and handling fees. It is customers responsibility to pay for these charges. Further information here.
• All delivery times are approximate. Once we have dispatched your order we are not responsible for delays to your delivery handled by a third party.

• Mini Delivery / 3-5 working days / £3.00 (Items that can be shipped as Royal Mail Large Letter)
• Standard Delivery / 3-5 working days / £5.00 (*exclusions apply)
• FREE Standard Delivery (Min order £45) (*exclusions apply)
• Royal Mail First Class / 1-2 days £7.50.

• Standard Delivery is charged at £16.00-£40 depending on weight and dimensions of your order.
• Customs, VAT and handling fees may apply and it is the responsibility of customers to pay for these in full. Further information here.
• Delays may occur as your parcels is cleared by customs in the recipient country. BoNordic is not responsible for delays incurred by 3rd parties once we have shipped your order. 

• UK Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Approx. 7-10 days.
• Shipping starts from £12 up to £25 for a 2kg parcel.
