• Our shipping charges are automatically calculated at check-out depending on the destination, weight and dimensions of your order.
• For UK orders we primarily use Royal Mail 2nd class or My Hermes for standard shipping. For larger items and furniture we use different carriers depending on the item and destination. All orders are sent signed for and will require a signature upon delivery. 
• We deliver to UK, Europe and selected countries worldwide. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please see our destination guide below.
• All delivery times are approximate. Once we have dispatched your order we are not responsible for delays to your delivery handled by a third party.

Christmas Deliveries 2020

Please note all the information is what we have been given by our delivery partners. This is unprecedented times and our couriers are doing everything they can to deliver your orders on time. They are doing amazing but delays can occur. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible.

£5 or FREE* for order £45+
Orders £100+ will be upgraded to FAST Delivery until 22nd December.

Small Parcels >2kg £8
Large Parcels £16

Europe / World 
Wednesday 16th December 12 noon for most Western European destinations but this will vary by country. Please contact us at info@bonordic.co.uk before placing an order for the most up-to-date shipping information. For Eastern Europe and rest of the world please contact us. 

Orders placed after noon on 22nd December (UK only)
We will no longer be able to guarantee your order will ship in time for Christmas but please contact us at info@bonordic.co.uk and we will work with our delivery partners to find the best solution. We will work out the cost of upgrading your shipping depending on our order.

• Mini Delivery / 3-5 working days / £3.00 (Items that can be shipped as Royal Mail Large Letter)
• Standard Delivery / 3-5 working days / £5.00 (*exclusions apply)
• FREE Standard Delivery (Min order £45) (*exclusions apply)
• Royal Mail First Class / 1-2 days £7.50

• Some large and bulky items (such as dolls prams and walkers) are charged a flat £8.00 for standard UK Delivery.
• Furniture Deliveries are charged a flat fee of per delivery £25.

• Standard Delivery / 4-6 days  £16.00-£40 depending on weight and dimensions of your order.

• UK Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed / 7-8 days / Shipping starts from £12 up to £25 for a 2kg parcel.
